Picking up the telephone and speaking to clients is the key to a harmonious relationship.
Too often an agent will only call their client when they want to arrange a viewing.
The role of an agent in successfully transacting is much more than that.
If I can pick up the phone to my clients rather than send an email then I will!
Every buyer matters
It is very important to me that I build harmonious relationships with my buyers.
By using my skill sets I am quickly able to understand a buyer’s requirements to build a rapport and gain their trust.
The journey a buyer embarks on in their search for a property, can in some instances take over a year. During this time it is not uncommon for a buyer to suddenly compromise on one or two of their requirements and by keeping in regular contact it increases my chances of finding them their home.
